Associate Global Product Manager, Cooking
About Us
At Cuisinart, you’ll join a brand known for design leadership, quality craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of innovation. From category-defining icons to the next wave of smart, sustainable, and lifestyle-driven solutions -- we’re passionate about creating products that bring joy, creativity, and culinary confidence into people’s homes.
We believe great design begins with curiosity — and we’re looking for bold thinkers who are excited to shape the future of how people live, cook, and connect.
About the Role
You’ll support the global business leadership of a portfolio of innovative products in the heated cooking category, helping drive growth through consumer insight, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. As Associate Global Product Manager, you’ll help identify opportunities for breakthrough innovation and lead end-to-end product development from idea to market launch.
This role is ideal for a creative, consumer-obsessed, insight-driven product professional who thrives at intersection of product development, marketing, & strategy — someone who’s passionate about understanding people and developing meaningful, trend-forward products that inspire.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Insight & Market Understanding
  • Develop deep expertise in your product category; understanding global markets, emerging consumer needs, and cultural trends that shape behavior.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and uncover emotional and functional drivers behind how people interact with products at home.
  • Partner with research and analytics to translate insights into actionable concepts.
Product Innovation & Storytelling
  • Support the development of the product roadmap by leveraging consumer insights, trends and market opportunities that inform the next generation of products.
  • Help shape compelling product marketing stories that connect emotionally with consumers
  • Collaborate with design, culinary, and engineering teams to develop concepts that inspire, perform, and differentiate.
Product Development & Launch Execution
  • Maintain daily communication with overseas partners to track development progress, resolve questions, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Keep project trackers, timelines, and key documentation up to date to support clear visibility across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, flag risks, and help keep projects moving forward on schedule.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, recaps, and follow-ups to ensure action items are captured and executed.
  • Support the product development process by organizing samples, managing feedback, and helping track key milestones from concept through launch.
Go-to-Market & Story Amplification
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, and sales to bring the product story to life across channels from packaging and content to retailer storytelling and digital activation.
  • Support go-to-market readiness, including sell-in materials, launch plans, and training for internal and external partners.

What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in product development within consumer products. Experience in kitchen electrics is a plus but not required; adjacent or unrelated consumer categories are welcome.
  • Passion for cooking, baking, and food culture is a must.
  • A creative, idea-driven mindset with the ability to help shape a product marketing story by identifying unique selling propositions and clear reasons to believe.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles is a plus but not required — a strong creative point of view and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage project trackers, timelines, and documentation with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A self-starter mentality who proactively follows up, keeps projects moving, and ensures stakeholders stay aligned.
  • Curiosity about consumers, culture, retail, and emerging trends, with a desire to translate insights into compelling product ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and visual, with the ability to build clear presentations and product narratives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with AI-assisted platforms.
Environmental Factors

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
