- Manage the departmental budget with a focus on achieving a multi-million dollar annual labor cost reduction.
- Enforce strict overtime controls and staffing protocols to ensure "above reproach" financial performance.
- Monitor SAP data integrity and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.
3. Leadership & Cultural Transformation
- Dismantle departmental silos to foster a "One Campus" mindset centered on cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and develop a pipeline of "best-in-class" leaders, focusing on both tactical supply chain skills and soft leadership acumen.
- Eliminate defensive team dynamics by fostering a culture of high trust, psychological safety, and radical accountability.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Champion a "safety-first" mindset, ensuring 100% OSHA compliance and leading proactive safety-walk programs.
- Ensure the facility remains audit-ready at all times, maintaining standards that reflect a world-class logistics operation.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CSCP, LSSBB) preferred.
