Position: Consumer Insights Analyst

 Cuisinart, a division of Conair Corporation and a leader in the kitchen appliance and cookware industry, is searching for a Consumer Insights candidate to support our cookware business with best in class analytical and storytelling skills in order to guide business decisions.  

 Deploy consumer insights to drive business decisions and impact the bottom line for product development, communications, and concept design to grow retail sales. Support sales and marketing teams on strategic presentations, business planning and general research requests.



  • Be the analyst for syndicated data feeds from NPD for the non-electric categories for cookware and cutlery.
  • Educate marketing on best practices and application of market research
  • Track relevant consumer trends and share out to division
  • Manage home field testing and research
  • Track relevant trends to support upcoming product launches
  • Experience with multiple insights and syndicated data platforms
  • Leverage strong storytelling skills to develop impactful reporting and output to various departments and ultimately drive action across our non-electric categories.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 5-7 years’ experience in market research with a CPG background highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to interpret data, tell a story, and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in syndicated data platforms
  • Experience with Online Survey Tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey)
  • Intermediate level of understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
