Barracuda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our India recruitment efforts. As a player/coach, you will actively participate in the recruitment process while also providing leadership, mentorship, and training to our team of recruiters in India. This role is instrumental in driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing employer brand strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of our talent acquisition plans. You will report directly to the Worldwide Director of Talent Acquisition, located in the US.

What you will be working on:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team to provide ongoing coaching and support to the recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Track hiring metrics, manage productivity, and identify challenges and solutions for hiring with the recruiters.

  • Report on overall performance metrics

  • Develop, support, and execute strategic hiring plans, including campus hiring and intern programs.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as the local HR Ops, Global HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to align hiring initiatives with business goals.

  • Partner with the HR and the marketing team to develop and execute employer brand strategies to ensure a consistent and compelling message to attract top talent.

  • Personally engage in full cycle recruiting activities, demonstrating best practices, and setting a high standard.

  • Support recruiters in managing the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of India to guide recruiting strategies.

  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with remote leaders and stakeholders.

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years’ experience of full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.

  • Proven prior experience leading or managing a team of recruiters.

  • Experience in recruitment for engineering and sales.

  • Prior experience in cybersecurity or a cloud-based technology product company is highly desirable.

  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
