We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Escalation Engineer who can join our cross functional Agile team. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative cloud security products that help protect our customers’ sensitive information. You will partner closely with Product and Development teams to understand and implement critical quality standards. Your contributions will help our team quickly deliver reliable and effective products to our customers. You will also liaise with Support and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues, including working directly with our customers to find solutions to critical issues.

What you will be working on
- Troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues, to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering, Support and Operations teams.
- Fix bugs/issues in the existing code base.
- Assist in creating unit/integration tests for the issues found and avoid them in the future.
- Create entries in our technical support online database to accurately document any incident resolution not found in our knowledge base.
- Understand the product direction and customer use-cases and provide input on product & code changes through all points of the product cycle.
What you bring to the role
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an application support engineer/developer.
- In-depth experience of cloud-based technology stack with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Log analysis using Elastic Search, Splunk, etc.
- Intermediate level full stack coding skills using the current stack including Python, Java/Kotlin, ReactJS/AngularJS, Microsoft Graph API
- JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub exposure.
- Strong asynchronous communication skills.
- Familiar with email and Authentication technologies like SMTP, POP and IMAP, LDAP, MS AD
