We are seeking a motivated, organized HRIS Analyst to help our growing Human Resources organization.  This role will work closely with the HRIS and Analytics team to support ongoing initiatives, around system improvements and implementation.  With strong problem solving and analytical skills, the HRIS Analyst will be able to work independently and leverage resources to optimize and improve processes at Barracuda.

What you’ll be working on
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches within UKG and Jobvite, plus current Workday implementation.
  • Provides technical support to HR partners world-wide, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Train and suggest improvements for all users on the utilization of systems to better position the HR team in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Be the liaison between IT, Finance and HR to ensure data integrity, forecast accuracy.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Includes but not limited to headcount reporting for ad hoc business needs.
What you bring to the role 
  • 5+ years experience in a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Experience work Workday and other related HRIS systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws across European countries preferred.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
