Inside National Account Manager    
Join Barracuda Networks growing Channel Sales team in the Americas supporting our national resellers. As an Inside National Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our National Partners and our Barracuda Channel team with a major emphasis on building partner relationships over the phone and via email. The top candidate's primary responsibilities include fielding and managing inbound sales inquiries, increasing Barracuda mindshare within our partner accounts by identifying new projects while building pipeline, and supporting the Barracuda sales team by acting as a liaison for our National Partners.    
  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Provide a high level of customer service, enablement, and support for the assigned Partners.  
  • Field and qualify inbound sales inquiries from our National Partners in North America.
  • This includes inbound deal registrations, event leads, managing account-based inboxes, and inbound phone calls. 
  • Route all qualified opportunities to the North America Sales team.
  • Create and maintain lasting, positive, and respectful relationships with our National Partners, and the North America Barracuda Sales Team Members, to work together on building pipeline and growing the business.
  • Effectively communicate Barracuda promos, SPIFFs, and campaigns to increase Barracuda mindshare within the Partner accounts and to uncover new opportunities. 
  • Owning and running Account Alignment Sessions with a Partner Rep.  
  • Work with the rest of the Barracuda National Channel Sales Team to develop new and innovative sales strategies to build pipeline and increase ROI at each partner account.
  • Support your Partners by driving partner led deal registrations.
  • Drive and create cross-sell, upsell partner campaigns
  • Be the liaison between our National Partners, Distribution, and the Barracuda Sales Teams to facilitate opportunities, overcome obstacles, assist with quote requests, and collect PO information to win the deals and retire quota.
  • Always be learning — about our solutions, our markets, the messaging, and our partner and customer needs so you can successfully drive the value in our partnership and solutions. 
 
What you bring to the team: 
  • 3-5 yrs. related sales experience.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Excellent and clear written/verbal communication skills. 
  • BA / BS preferred. 
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a sense of humor. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies 
  • Resourceful and able to work independently. 
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel. 
  • Travel up to 20%.
