As a Senior CIAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient identity and access management solutions for our customers. You will play a key role in shaping our identity and access management strategy and ensuring that our customers' digital identities are protected while providing a seamless user experience.

What you’ll be working on          
  • Lead the design and implementation of customer identity and access management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning/de-provisioning processes. 
  • Design and enforce access controls and policies based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity and access management solutions into existing systems and applications. 
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the identity and access management team. 
  • Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts related to customer identity and access management issues. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in customer identity and access management, cybersecurity, and related fields. 
  • Contribute to the development of documentation, policies, and procedures related to customer identity and access management.   
 What you bring to the role          
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting customer identity and access management solutions. 
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management protocols and standards, including OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. 
  • Extensive experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Azure Active Directory. 
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Go, SQL. 
  • Experience with cloud identity and access management solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure IAM). 
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
