As a Sr NetSuite System Analyst in Barracuda Business Application team, you will be helping and working on day-to-day Support, enhancement, and new rollout of the Oracle NetSuite application .
What you’ll be working on
- Supporting and Maintaining NetSuite Production ;
- Satisfy documentation requirements in a SOX environment ;
- Maintain a healthy backlog of Support cases and monitor the Queue on regular basis ;
- Participate with Business in any Month end /Qtr close activities.;
- Test the system Configurations/customization.;
- Troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions as needed;
- Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist ;
other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or request; - Collaborate with internal team member to deliver the work and should have ;
ability to discuss the issue with business partner; - Work in Agile/Sprint model of development;
What you bring to the role
- Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience on Oracle NetSuite Functional
with experience in handling Application Support and Maintenance. - Exhibiting proven understanding of financial and accounting concepts, such as function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.;
- Strong knowledge and understanding NetSuite Order to cash, Procure to Pay and
Record to Report - Experience administering and customizing NetSuite OneWorld Edition
- Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module;
- Good Knowledge on Subscription billing and Usage based billing is desired
- Have a good understanding of integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite;
- Demonstrating proven knowledge with different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance);
- Strong relationship building and excellent spoken & written communication
skills; - Ability and Knowledge of Financial objects and/or Services is desired
