Do you thrive on hands-on work and enjoy solving mechanical challenges? Kenworth South Florida in Riviera Beach is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing team. Put your skills to work in a role that values strong work ethic, quick learning, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus, and Cummins and/or Paccar certifications are highly valued.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $25–$40 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs performed
- Communicate with the factory for technical assistance
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred)
- Cummins and/or Paccar certifications a plus
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
