Accelerate your sales career with a multi-brand leader. All Roads Trucks in Baltimore is adding an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Advisor to represent Ford, Kenworth, and Isuzu across new and used inventory. You’ll grow fleet and vocational accounts (medium duty through Class 8), deliver consultative specs and quotes, and hit ambitious targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
 
Compensation & Schedule
  • $100,000–$250,000 OTE with a robust, uncapped commission structure
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Benefits-eligible from day one of employment (insurance eligibility begins 1st of the month after 30 days)

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Identify and qualify fleet/commercial clients through phone and in-person visits
  • Present solutions, handle objections, and close deals while providing professional follow-through
  • Stay informed on industry trends, specs, incentives, and financing options; apply product knowledge effectively
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and up-to-date sales documentation
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute territory and inventory strategies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Proven B2B sales success; prior truck/commercial vehicle sales strongly preferred
  • Consistent performance in a quota-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills
