Vermeer All Roads in Castleton, NY is hiring a Full Line Sales Representative to sell our Core, Compact, and Underground Equipment—including mini skid steers, chippers, trenchers, boring machines, and attachments. This is a hands-on role focused on customer demonstrations, territory growth, and account management. It’s not a sit-behind-the-desk sales job—you’ll be in the field daily showcasing equipment, building relationships, and driving sales success.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary plus commission (uncapped earning potential)
- Full-time role with flexible schedule – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business within the assigned territory
- Perform “tow and show” demonstrations at customer job sites
- Load, transport, and operate compact equipment (mini skid steers, brush chippers, stump cutters, trenchers, and more)
- Manage account activity, quoting, and follow-up using CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain key account relationships, including company owners, managers, and field personnel
- Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and competitor pricing to recommend solutions
- Provide exceptional service before and after the sale
- Manage territory to ensure proper coverage of customers and industries
- Work independently and travel daily to customer sites
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely
- Sales experience in equipment, construction, or related industries preferred
