Join a high-energy team that puts customers first. We’re hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to help shoppers find the right vehicle, deliver an exceptional experience, and build long-term relationships across our Baltimore stores.
 
Compensation & Schedule
  • $75,000+ annual earning potential (base/guarantee + commissions/bonuses)
  • 3-month pay guarantee during ramp-up
  • Stable 40-hour work week with flexible schedules
  • Guaranteed paid training during your first 90 days

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and solutions
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate features (valid driver’s license required)
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Prepare accurate quotes; handle email/voicemail follow-up; assist with credit apps and transaction paperwork
  • Use CRM to log interactions, manage pipeline, and schedule follow-ups
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and perform a thorough delivery presentation (features, warranty, paperwork)
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience in retail/hospitality strongly preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Professional, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a team environment
