Great opportunity for an experienced Detailer to join the Kenworth team in Landover, MD. You’ll thoroughly clean and recondition the interior and exterior of trucks with minimal supervision while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Compensation & Schedule
- $20/hour; $23/hour with CDL
- Full-time, benefits-eligible
- Monday–Saturday schedule

Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, wax, polish, and refurbish vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Inspect vehicles and identify cosmetic/light damage, document and report to supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used
- Follow safety/quality procedures and keep work area clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, squatting; occasional overhead work
- Regularly use hands to handle/feel tools and materials; clear verbal/hearing communication
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus; CDL pay differential applies)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with minimal supervision
