Newton Animal Hospital is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their AMAZING team!

The right candidate:
  • has strong communication skills
  • is a team player
  • believes in superior customer service
  • veterinary experience preferred but not required
Job Overview:
Experience preferred.  Must work 4 of 5 weekdays and Saturdays.  General receptionist responsibilities.  Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments.  Triage client concerns to the appropriate people.  Check clients in and out, including handling financial transactions.  Basic phone and math skills.  Must have friendly, outgoing personality.
