Lead Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists is looking for a Client Relations Manager that will lead a team of customer care coordinators, veterinary relations representative, and specialty coordinator, for a 24/7 veterinary specialty and emergency center. This leader will coach and empower their team to resolve customer service issues and tackle various initiatives in order to provide the best customer service experience. Ideal candidate must have a passion for service recovery and improving customer interaction, creating engagement with an in-hospital and remote team, collaborating with internal and external customers, and working to improve Royal Vista’s public relations and customer journey.

- Experience in developing and sustaining long-term, value-based customer relationships at all levels
- Must have a strong goal orientation and desire to continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge
- Must be a quick learner and self-starter with the ability to follow through on commitments

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision- making skills required
- Organizational and time management skills required
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience and/or management preferred
- 3+ years of customer service, sales or customer success experience preferred
- 2+ year of customer service in veterinary setting preferred
The salary for this position is $22-$25/hour depending on experience.
