Our well established, 5 DVM practice is seeking a FT compassionate, detail-oriented CSR to join our team. Ideally, we seek applicants with previous experience in veterinary practice, health practice, boarding, or other related animal care employment. However, we are happy to consider other applicants with prior customer service experience as well.
Flexibility in schedule and dependability are qualities that are highly regarded and paramount as a condition of employment. Shifts vary from 6:30am – 5:30pm or 730am – 6:30pm Monday through Friday, Saturday from 7:45am – 4:30pm; this position will require some Saturday shifts.
Experience and Required Skills:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience processing and handling credit cards, checks, cash, as well as reconciling end of day paperwork
· Ability to enter medical notes and maintain medical records into our computer system; can type @ 45mpm minimally.
· Experience in appointment scheduling and multi-line phone systems
· Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $21 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
