Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort is now hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their amazing team!
Greenbriar’s one-stop-shop pet service includes Veterinary Hospital, Pet Rehabilitation & Therapy, Luxury Boarding Resort, Professional Grooming, Spa Services, Dog Training, Day Camp and Boarding, and a free public dog park. Our professionalism, prompt and courteous service are the reasons our client come back to us again and again.
This is a Part-time opening and can be rewarding for an animal lover who can take on challenges and have the diversity of skills that is essential for success.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining a positive impression while serving as a liaison between various departments and doctors
- Checking-in and checking-out appointments, handling phone calls, and managing payments
- Ensuring a smooth, well-planned, and orderly work flow of the front area
- Adhering to all policy and procedures with strict confidentiality practice
- Maintaining highest ethical, moral, and professional standards.
- Contributing solution-oriented ideas for improvement of products and services
- Attending monthly and general staff meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director, Practice Manager, or Lead personnel
