Customer Service Representative - (Ophthalmology) - Keystone Veterinary Emergency & Referral

Keystone Veterinary Emergency and Referral is a fast-paced and exciting veterinary referral practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations. We have a team atmosphere and need to add a Customer Service Representative to the new Ophthalmology department.
Provide general office support for the veterinary practice. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including greeting clients/patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, presenting and processing financial options, processing and balancing financial payments, triaging phone calls, basic medication refills and answering basic client questions. Strong customer service skills are crucial as the CSR is the initial contact for customers.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
