The Opportunity
Come join IGN as a Campaign Manager, Revenue Operations! You will be primarily responsible for building, executing, and monitoring online advertising campaigns across the Web properties of IGN Entertainment. They will work closely with the Performance & Yield managers, sales reps, Ad Product, and Ad Technology team members to ensure successful implementation and delivery of all advertising campaigns.
Campaign Managers will also have the opportunity to contribute to various Advertising Operations initiatives including development of new ad products and rich media technologies as well as enhancements supporting IGN’s ad serving platform including custom reports, workflow efficiency, automation, and other improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaign launches with Sales team
- Traffic campaigns in IGN’s ad serving environment, including testing creative
- Independently manage, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, supporting US-based clients, to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment and revenue recognition
- Manage delivery and campaign pacing across multiple platforms and determine when to escalate issues
- Providing detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including insights, recommendations, and optimizations, to Sales and Finance teams
- Provide financial reporting to Finance team
- Assist Sales and Finance teams with campaign level metrics and performance
- Fulfill inventory requests as necessary
- Process orders and change orders as necessary
- Cultivate positive internal and external relationships, including sales, clients, design and technical teams
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years working as a Campaign Manager or similar role
- Working knowledge of online ad serving and contract management technologies (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Google Analytics, and Salesforce preferred) and online advertising sales in general
- General proficiency in Microsoft Office required, especially Excel
- Ability to analyze data sets and provide recommendation for optimization
- Strong project management skills with the proven ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and oral communication and organizational skills; self-motivated with laser-sharp attention to detail
- A great attitude and genuine excitement about working in digital advertising operations
- Being inquisitive, innovative, and interested in how things work

Salary Disclosure: Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000 to $76,000, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
