Weston provides facility repair, renovation, and related construction services for our customers at thousands of their locations nationwide. The Construction Project Coordinator role will require you to juggle multiple tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of 30-40 concurrent projects led and managed by others.  If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for pushing projects forward, overcoming obstacles, and figuring out how to help people, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Teams: Assist project managers and task managers in all aspects of project execution, providing proactive administrative support and coordination as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Support client emergency response team, requiring occasional after hours and weekend work.
  • Field Work: Travel as needed (5-10%, mostly day trips) to visit project sites, take measurements, make assessments, and oversee project progress.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitating effective communication, coordinating project activities, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Proactively communicate task status, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Subcontractor Management: Work closely with subcontractors to collect pricing, submittals, daily reports, and other necessary documentation. Monitor subcontractor work and report any issues as they arise, soliciting feedback, and fostering collaboration to support project success.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and present data as prescribed by project scopes of work. Maintain orderly files and utilize our online project management system for documentation and reporting. Generating regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, and providing updates to project team members.
  • Scheduling and Estimating: Assist in developing schedules and project cost estimates, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide on-site quality assurance, coordinate site work, and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in project and team meetings, fostering collaboration and contributing to overall team growth and project success.

Skills & Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments effectively.
  • Willingness to tackle different types of work assignments each day.
  • Familiarity with online tools for conducting and recording work; project management software experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently with individuals, large groups of peers and supervisors, subcontractors, and customer contacts.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $64,100 - $80,000
