At least 1- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals
and MS Office applications.
including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment
agencies or vendors is preferred.
Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an
advantage.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies.
Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva or other editing applications is an advantage
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
