QC Supervisor

Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Supervise the over-all quality requirements and ensures quality control is established in the designated line.

Responsible in leading Line leaders down to inspectors to meet the indices of the group’s key result areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of any Engineering Course
With at least 3 years experience in Electronics/Semicon manufacturing
Must have a quality mindset
Ability to plan manpower allocation and efficiency
Knowledge and experience in using Problem Solving & Statistical Tools such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, OCAP, 7QC
Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
Good and efficient communication skills
MS office knowledgeable
Willing to work during night shift, holidays and weekends
Use or application of Minitab / JMP Analysis is a plus
