SUMMARY
This role supports the delivery of medication-assisted treatment and other healthcare services directly to patients in community settings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a mobile environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and engaging with diverse populations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the administration of medications under the supervision of licensed clinical staff
- Perform basic clinical tasks including vital signs, specimen collection, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and medication logs.
- Support patient engagement and education on medication adherence and health practices.
- Ensure mobile unit is stocked, clean, and compliant with safety and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and case managers as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The work environment for this position varies between community-based settings. Employees are expected to support individuals both in their homes as well as in the community. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

TRAVEL
- This position requires travel between various residential and office locations. A person in this position may be required to operate company vehicles to transport individuals on outings and/or to and from medical appointments.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the service area.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus
- Lived experience using psychotropic medications preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
