People Solutions & Benefits Manager
Description
The People Solutions & Benefits Manager is specifically responsible for U.S. based People Solutions
and employee benefits programs and requires strong working knowledge of U.S. labor regulations,
benefits administration, and compliance standards. This role will be accountable for the
operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of people services and employee
benefits supporting frontline and operational teams. This role ensures accurate, timely, and
compliant execution of benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes, while serving as
a key people partner to Operations leaders.
This is an execution-driven leadership role focused on operational excellence, workforce stability,
and employee experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Master’s degree (HR, MBA, or related) is a plus
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD) is a plus
Experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in people operations, U.S. HR shared services, or U.S.
benefits administration
• 4–5+ years in a people leadership or managerial role, leading teams in high-volume or
operational environments
• Proven experience supporting frontline or operations-heavy organizations (BPO, shared
services, customer operations, healthcare, or similar)

• Strong expertise in people operations and benefits administration
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume employee issues
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement
• Strong HRIS knowledge and proficiency, including system administration, case
management systems, access governance, data integrity management, and reporting
within enterprise HR platforms (e.g., ADP, Jobvite, or similar systems)
