About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned programs under the supervision of the Divisional Director. In this leadership role, you will ensure services are delivered in alignment with Clarvida’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, being People-Centered, and maintaining a supportive, engaging workplace culture.
You will be responsible for the overall management and success of your assigned program, including compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements. This role includes program development, budgeting, quality assurance, collaboration with community partners, and staff supervision. You will also serve as a key representative of Clarvida to staff, government officials, and the community, ensuring clarity around program standards, goals, and expectations.
This position requires approximately 50% travel to support program operations and oversight.
Responsibilities
● Oversee all aspects of assigned program operations
● Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
● Manage program development, quality assurance, and service delivery
● Prepare budgets and monitor program expenses
● Supervise, support, and develop program staff
● Interpret agency policies and communicate program standards and goals
● Collaborate and network with community partners and stakeholders
● Represent Clarvida professionally with government officials and the public

Requirements
● Master’s degree in a Human Services discipline
● Sensitivity to diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
● Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
● Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance in good standing
● Ability to meet background check requirements
