Description
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment team
- Previous experience working with a US based healthcare company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience recruiting in a clinical or behavioral health environment
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Demonstrated success in leading or mentoring recruitment teams
