The Talent Acquisition Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering a seamless candidate experience. 
 
Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition 
  • 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment team 
  • Previous experience working with a US based healthcare company 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition 
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Experience recruiting in a clinical or behavioral health environment 
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing 
  • Demonstrated success in leading or mentoring recruitment teams
