People Solutions Senior Associate
Description
The People Solutions Senior Associate collaborates with various departments including but not limited to: Payroll, Operations (service categories, States, Supervisors, Managers, Employees, etc.,) Human Resources: People & Culture (P&C), Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc., and cross-departmentally to ensure we are elevating the employee experience. The PSS provides a range of support to include but not limited to administrative support, data-entry and reporting, and ensures effective and consistent delivery of HR services for the assigned operational and People & Culture (P&C) team.
Requirements:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the role or;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems, or other HR related role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to enact effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal/written). Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex documents and build effective presentations.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to effectively draft, proofread, update reports, documents, data-entry etc., consistently and accurately.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to enact effective interpersonal relations skills with (internal/external) stakeholders. Delivers effective and consistent customer service. Effectively and proactively collaborates with colleagues and supervisors.
- Critical/Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to assess and resolve practical challenges and foster practical solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to effectively organize, manage, and lead projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (ADP, JobVite, Passport, etc.,) to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.,)
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in HRIS, and/or HR is preferred.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to apply analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.,)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a globally disbursed team.
