Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to support the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of Clarvida’s digital marketing campaigns. Based in Clarvida Manila, this role works alongside our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to deliver high-impact, insight-driven campaigns that advance our recruitment, referral, and brand awareness goals.

 

This role will focus on optimizing digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and website performance — while also contributing to audience segmentation, landing page strategy, and campaign tracking. It’s an ideal role for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing and is eager to grow into a leadership track.

 

Key Responsibilities

        Support the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

        Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and A/B experiments

        Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly campaign reports using Google Analytics, Jobvite, and other platforms

        Conduct SEO audits and support content optimization efforts

        Partner with the Website Developer and Digital Marketing team to improve UX, page performance, and conversion paths

        Collaborate with the Social Media and Community Manager on campaign alignment and paid social performance

        Help implement email marketing strategies including campaign setup, list segmentation, and drip automation

        Ensure proper tagging and tracking across platforms via Google Tag Manager and other tools

        Translate performance insights into tactical recommendations and contribute to campaign briefs and planning sessions

        Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
 

Qualifications

        2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role

        Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and campaign reporting

        Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and applicant tracking systems (Jobvite experience a plus)

        Bonus: Experience supporting recruitment marketing or nonprofit campaigns

        Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign tagging
 

Work Schedule & Location

        Based in Clarvida Manila

        In-person to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule

        Work hours aligned to Manila time zone
