The Senior People & Culture (P&C) Partners at Clarvida support leaders and employees by ensuring an exceptional employee experience. They employ HR strategies to meet business objectives and ensure compliance, while balancing workforce needs. Senior P&C Partners champion company culture, aligning HR objectives with core values.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Approach: Guides leaders with HR and P&C strategies to meet business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Daily Tasks: Supports employees and leaders with HR policy/process questions and regulatory compliance.
- Data Analytics: Collects and reports on new hires, separations, and surveys to identify trends and provide solutions.
- Performance Development: Manages the performance management process, ensuring all materials are distributed and collected.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborates with leaders on workforce trends, training, and resources to meet organizational goals.
- Administrative: Manages FMLA/LOA/ADA, job descriptions, policies, and procedures to align with organizational standards.
- Employee Relations: Leads employee relations matters to foster a positive work environment and ensure proper documentation and investigation.
- Culture Champion: Develops HR strategies aligned with Clarvida Core Values and DEIBA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) or Employee Relations (ER) experience, along with California law expertise
- Proven ability to effectively impact organizational performance through enacting effective HR strategies
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various locations for site visits
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – 85,000
