- Creating and presenting financial options and estimates
- Accurately entering service charges into client processing database
- Extensive client interaction
- Answering the phone
- Differentiating between routine and emergency cases
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and admitting patients
- Checking out clients, processing payments and managing financial information
- Communicating information between clients and team members
- Remaining calm and collected in the face of emergency situations
