Sales Programs Analyst
• Design and maintain financial models, calculators, and dashboards to support forecasting, scenario planning, and program performance tracking.
• Conduct post-program and pipeline analysis to assess outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment of tools and strategies.
• Support the development of sales incentive programs, pricing strategies, and territory planning using robust data analysis.
• Monitor customer and channel performance trends during program execution, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales program calendars and ensure execution across key accounts.
• Provide ad hoc insights and reports to support strategic planning and enable decision-making.
• Deliver training and documentation to drive the adoption of tools and models across internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms (e.g., CRM, TPM, ERP).
• 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or financial modeling roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros/VBA or similar.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with querying and manipulating data using tools such as SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
Preferred:
• Experience in the software, tech, or SaaS industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
• Ability to confidently present findings to stakeholders, including field sales teams.
