Junior Technical Support Engineer (SRE)
- Provide technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions globally
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Collaborate with development engineering team for product improvements
- Resolve cross-vendor issues with technology partners
- Test new features and tools to improve product serviceability
- Deliver excellent support experience to customers
- Stay up-to-date with innovative cloud technologies
- 1- 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Expertise in Virtualization, Networking, Storage
- Proficiency in Linux
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English with knowledge of EU languages
- Passion for learning innovative cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
