The Opportunity
Channel Sales at Nutanix
Your Role
- Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers
- Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across Central-Europe
- Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
- Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
- Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
- Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
- Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation
What You Will Bring
- 8-12 years of experience
- Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
- Ability to plan and operate within a budget
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
