If so, join our team at Nutanix as the Worldwide OEM Analyst Supervisor and take part in strategic planning, operational efficiency improvements, and leading a team to success in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 

About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll have the opportunity to join the WW OEM Order Management team, comprising a manager and five specialists. Located in various regions, this diverse team fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where professionals work together to achieve common goals.

You will report to the Manager, WW OEM Order Management, who leads the team with a focus on mentorship and professional development. At Nutanix, we offer a hybrid work setup, allowing employees to work both remotely and in the office. However, the expectation is to be in the office one day a week to foster collaboration and team bonding.

At Nutanix, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of personal time. Therefore, there are no significant travel requirements for this role, giving you the flexibility to focus on your work and personal commitments effectively.

 

Your Role

  • Supervise and lead the OEM Analyst team
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and software licensing tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM between departments and finance
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and update guidelines for ongoing UAT testing
  • Provide training and mentoring to employees
  • Maintain department procedures and assist in the implementation of a knowledge base system
  • Analyze RMA requests and adhere to compliance policies

 

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of OEM Analyst experience.
  • International order experience/knowledge
  • Knowledge of US trade regulations and OFAC regulations.
  • Knowledge of SOX 404 (Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Ability to understand technical hardware and software.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office.
