- Develop and Manage Workforce Models and Forecasts:
Build and maintain detailed workforce models that predict headcount needs, capacity, and requirements to ensure Nutanix is well-prepared for future talent needs. - Analyze Workforce Data and Provide Insights:
Analyze both internal and external workforce data to identify talent gaps and trends, offering strategic recommendations that influence workforce planning and business decisions. - Collaborate on Workforce Strategies:
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to create and execute workforce strategies and identify key drivers impacting performance versus benchmarks that align with Nutanix’s broader business goals, ensuring talent needs are met. - Identify and Mitigate Workforce Risks:
Proactively identify and address talent risks, such as shortages or attrition, and propose strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring organizational resilience. - Optimize Talent Utilization:
Lead initiatives aimed at maximizing the utilization of Nutanix’s existing talent pool through redeployment, up-skilling, and cross-training to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, talent management, or HR analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a technology or cloud-based company.
- Expertise in workforce modeling and data analytics tools, including Workday, Tableau, and advanced Excel for building complex models, dashboards, and reports.
- Proficiency in predictive modeling and workforce forecasting to anticipate talent needs and align workforce strategy with business goals.
- Experience developing and implementing workforce strategies that align with organizational objectives and financial constraints.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- This role is based at the Nutanix, Inc., headquarters and in office presence will be required 2-3 days per week.
