The Opportunity
 
Are you an experienced revenue operations professional with a deep understanding of Customer Success in a subscription company? If so, you should join our team as a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner at Nutanix. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key cross-functional partners, drive strategic planning and execution, optimize forecasting and performance, lead global transformation programs, and enhance revenue operations and technology, all while working with a team of motivated professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
 
Revenue Operations at Nutanix
 
This role would be a part of the Revenue Operations team, specifically supporting the APJ Director of Customer Success. The team is responsible for managing and optimizing headcount, quota, and revenue models within the Customer Success department. They collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners such as Finance and HR to inform strategic investment decisions. The team also plays a crucial role in strategic planning, forecasting, performance optimization, global transformation programs, analytics and reporting, and technology enhancement. They work closely with senior GTM leaders and are driven by a focus on driving customer success and maximizing revenue.
 
Your Role
  • Act as primary liaison for Customer Success revenue operations in APJ
  • Optimize headcount, quota, and revenue models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform strategic investment decisions
  • Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans
  • Forecast accurately and optimize performance
  • Design and implement global transformation programs
  • Fulfill analytics requests and prepare reports for QBRs
  • Enhance revenue operations and technology stack
What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years of operations experience
  • Deep understanding of Customer Success / Renewals in a subscription company
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Analytical and data manipulation skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com and Excel
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Clari (preferred)
  • Ability to see the big picture and attention to detail
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
  • Language: Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
