About the Team
Our team is a small, tightly-knit group of 4 individuals who work closely together. We are excited to add one more team member to support ASEAN Hiring. Despite working remotely, we meet virtually on a weekly basis to discuss updates, challenges, and support each other. Our team has successfully contributed to hiring top talent for various sales leadership positions. What makes our team special is our collaborative and open culture, where we promote psychological safety and foster a sense of belonging.

Your Role
- Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Conduct talent mapping
- Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions
- Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Strong understanding of the sales hiring process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
