Associate Systems Engineer (German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language speaker)

- Assist in the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions leveraging virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, sales, and customer success teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure effective solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on workshops to showcase products and drive customer adoption.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support system sizing and configuration to align with specific customer requirements and business goals.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver throughout the engagement.
- Participate actively in the Systems Engineering Academy for continuous learning and skill development.
- Set personal development milestones, aiming for proficiency in core technologies and customer engagement strategies within the first year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, focusing on infrastructure, data science, or cloud technologies
- Fluent level of English and one of the following languages at native level: German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
- Strong knowledge of virtualization and enterprise systems, with an eagerness to learn cloud services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical concepts
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional support and experiences
- Analytical problem-solving skills to assess challenges and formulate actionable solutions
- Hands-on aptitude for configuring systems and quickly adapting to new technologies
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Hybrid:This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
