Monarch Investment is actively interviewing for a Maintenance Technician HVAC Experience position at Acadian Point Apartments in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time and permanent role with amazing benefits package and quarterly bonus structure. 

*Must have valid drivers license for this role and be EPA certified

PAY: $20-$23.00 + Quarterly Bonus & Amazing Benefits and Perks! 
On call every 4th week, $100 on-call bonus, up to $3,000+ a year in bonuses

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5 or 9-6 with some on-call

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

 EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC certification required
  • 6+ months’ experience in general maintenance
  • Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • EPA & CPO certified preferred
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
  • Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days

 A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.
