Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our TEAM in the Rochester region of Minnesota.

This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen (we do not check for THC) and a credit review.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists Property Manager with all property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured (commissions paid)
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Assists Property Manager with all marketing efforts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in multifamily housing preferred but not required
• Must have a Sales and Administrative Office background
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
software, YARDI preferred
• Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Assists Property Manager with all property operations

A valid driver's license is REQUIRED as you will be driving to multiple properties as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay is $18 to $20/hour PLUS commissions • $50/$75 per new lease and up to $100 per renewal lease in commissions
