This is a full-time position, based in Franktown, CO open to recent college graduates to industry professionals that have a true desire to pursue real estate as their professional path.

Purpose: Builds the critical skills and abilities to understand and support any Monarch department or team. Executes on a variety of assignments company-wide to develop these skills and gain an integrated view of company operations. Uses systems, data, research, analysis, critical thinking, and independent judgment to resolve issues and deliver best-in-class support and insights.
Rotation Schedule:
- Training
- On-Site
- Accounting
- Corporate Services/Database and Reporting
- Marketing
- Project Analyst
Requirements:
- Interest in real estate investment and management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management, and/or related field
- 1-3 years of job experience in a related field
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Be willing to reside at one of our nationally owned apartment communities for up to 3-consecutive months; you will be given a free apartment
