Description:

Ensures positive, effective relationships are built and maintained between residents and property staff under the direction of the Regional Marketing Director. Organizes and executes resident events for apartment communities, working closely with Property Managers and other site staff at each location.

What we need:

  • Foster positive resident relationships + support retention efforts
  • Building, writing, and distributing the community newsletter, blogs, and announcements
  • Using resident feedback to propose customer satisfaction improvement initiatives
  • Composing + distributing monthly property ranking reports
  • Delivering/executing satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements
  • Responding to online reviews
  • Provide strategic consultations to improve/expand resident retention + customer service-related efforts
  • Navigating difficult resident issues to find mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Implementing, evaluating, and improving the Resident Care letter system
  • Assist in developing retention and customer service initiatives, and solving tricky resident problems

What you need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Meticulous, precise, and accurate attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Critical and forward-thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
