We are NOW HIRING an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Miller West Apartments in Flint, Michigan. Feel free to browse this 136 unit market rate community below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Daytime shift with an on call for after hours emergency coverage.
Full Time/Year Round work.

What We Offer:
- PAY: $25 an hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure up to $4,000 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:
- 4+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 2+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
