We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our crew at Arcadia Grove Apartments located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Please feel free to browse the community below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with day shift hours. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with an on-call rotation of one week every six weeks! Full-time employment year-round—no layoffs—with potential for overtime.

Qualifications:
* More than two years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, general handy work, construction or similar fields (we’re willing to teach!)
* EPA Certification strongly preferred but not required
* Experience including drywall repair along with painting or carpentry skills
* Proficient knowledge regarding plumbing systems such as sweating copper pipes
* Familiarity handling electrical components like outlets, switches and lighting fixtures
* Ability diagnosing and repairing household appliances; refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
