Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waite Park/ St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is a hands on maintenance position that will work closely with our Maintenance Rover and assist with maintenance needs at all 6 properties in the region with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 6+ months experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO, EPA or Boilers certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is $19 - $23/hour
