Monarch Investment and Management Group is now searching for their next Apartment Leasing Consultant for Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, IN!
We’re seeking fun, energetic, customer-service oriented people! Apartment multifamily experience is a plus but we’re willing to train the right person with the right personality! This is the perfect steppingstone if you’re a top performer in any of the following industries: serving tables, bartending, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate or sales.
What We Are Offering:
• $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
• Up to $75.00 Commissions for new apartment leases
• Paid training

What Will You Do As A Leasing Consultant?
• Greet, assist, and lease apartments.
• Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents.
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required.
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
• Helps build and maintain a resident relations program.
What We Prefer:
• Some experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field.
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software.
• Have good verbal and written communication.
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.
• Willing to complete online class training.
