Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Yardi experience is preferred
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- Competitive pay starting at $18.50 an hour
- Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and $75/Rental
- ALL LEASE RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal w/ 310 units
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Occasional Saturday's may be required.
