Summer 2025 Paid Employee Relations Internship Opportunity! (May - August negotiable)

The paid Employee Relations Intern will act as an assistant to the Team Relations department to be part of all employee relations efforts nationwide. They will have a focus on assisting with Monarch's retention programs, evaluation of company and exit surveys, and taking part in coordinating community outreach and volunteer programs.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
-Supporting optimal delivery of Employee Relations services company-wide, generating experience in a diverse array of functions
-Gaining competency with critical info systems and software, exposure to project management, employee engagement, and the data management
-Assisting with the evaluation of various team programs, including but not limited to; retention programs, company and exit surveys
-Supporting execution of various team programs, including but not limited to; community outreach, volunteer, award and anniversary programs
 

This internship is located at our home office in Franktown, CO. The intern would need to office out of our Franktown location. 

This is a paid internship, $15-$18/hr.
