Summer 2025 Paid Marketing Internship Opportunity! (May - August negotiable)

The paid Marketing Intern will act as an assistant to the marketing department and recruiting department to be part of all related marketing efforts nationwide. They will have a focus on social media campaigns for Monarch Investment Company, Monarchs multifamily housing portfolio and for the recruiting department’s social media outreach as well as open job outreach.

This internship is located at our home office in Franktown, CO. The intern would need to office out of our Franktown location.

This is a paid internship, $15/hr - $18/hr.

We do everything possible in-house, including property acquisition, asset management, property management, maintenance, accounting, marketing, training, legal, IT, recruiting and we even have capital project crews such as parking lot seal coating, roof crews and major exterior painting crews!
